Can i buy eyegl fames w/out buying new lenses?

I agree with Jay Ahn, its generally pretty difficult to put your old lenses into new gles, perhaps you could go into a eye gl store and just bring it to them and be like "See these plastic frames? duplicate em', take out the lenses, and put these in", although this might confuse the store owner, but you get the gist of what I'm trying to say.
