How to talk to a girl older than me?

What would you say to uniquely start off a conversation with a woman that is older than you? (by no more than 5 years) I'm 18. She seems interested in me by giving me all the common "flirting signals" so it's not like im just some 18 year old "kid" trying to get an older girl.. lol
