M Effect 2 New Game Plus- What carries over?

Im about to finish my first playthrough of m effect 2 and i am interested in starting a new game plus when i finish. I want to know what carries over when you start over (ie level, skill points, paragon/renegade, credits/resources, upgrades, etc).
