My dog just had her puppies please help..?

My dog maggie has had 4 litters. She had no problem with any of them. She never really needed my help but i was always there for her. I got her fixed on her last litter now i have 2 more dogs and well my male got my new female.. We put a dipper on her so she wouldnt get prago n he got it off. She had her litter today. But wants nuthing to do with them.. I dont know what to do ive never had this prob. We lay the mom down so she can feed them but she looks like she has no more milk left in her. And also how do i know when they need to go pody i get a worm rag and whip them rageraly to get them to go but they rarly do? So when do they need to go.. My other female who had 4 litters wants to take care of them n lick n make em go poddy but im scared the mother will get mad n want to be a way from the pups even more than she wants to now.. Please help ive never had this prob. I know its alot of questions but i dont want anyof them to suffer cuz the mom.
