Can I get out of this citation?

I am 18 years old and i was charged with the underage consumption/possession of alcohol in wildwood new jersey. I didnt arrive at wilwood until 12 o clock after a day of working. I decided to go right to bed. At 1:50am i woke up and there were police officers in my living room with 6 of my friends who were drinking. I was issued a ticket even though i was completely sober and requested to take a breathalyzer test which the officer refused to do. The cops were called because people that live next to me were causing ruckus my friends didnt even have music on...there was just a kid outside with a beer and the officers came into my house. what should i do?
