Do the Rich Really create Jobs or do they get Even Richer eliminating U.S. jobs?

I think CEO's today are the s of the earth but they didn't create the whole problem and it didn't just happen recently. I grew up in Western New York and watched 80% of the manufacturing jobs go to Mexico or overseas. The unions demanded too much and thought they had these companies over a barrel. An example is Trico which makes windshield wipers and the people working there made $18 an hour in the 1980's and ridiculous benefits to make a wiper blade. Trico moved to Mexico.
