I hear is very healthy to eat breakfast but what if I don't wake up in time? I have a workout schedule thats either run a 3 mile hilly run or 1r30 mins at the gym or do the hilly run and a biggest loser workout. I eat very heathy during the other meals and watch how many calories I intake. I get enough sleep and the mornings I do have cl at 8 I do eat breakfast.
