I am unreasonably strict with my roomate?

So I always tell my roomate what to do, like clean up, turn off the lights and keep the doors locked. So she left out her dirty dishes all over the kitchen for two days, and the countertop was disgusting from all her s h i t, I didn't even want to cook. She then comes and tells me she is going to clean up, but doesn't she leaves for another day. I got so pissed, I told her that she is not allowed to use my cookware, plates, ultensils ects., she would have to get her own. Then she left the door wide open all f u c k i n g night long, I live in Los Angeles and there are robberies that go around, so while i was sleeping she leaves the door open for anyone to come in. I tell her to keep it close and locked, then she does it a second time and there are insects everywhere that came in! Just last night she brought her boyfriend over to sleep and told me that he was going to leave really early in the morning, like at 6 am, but he didn't he stayed here all day. I told her he is not allowed to sleep over ever again. Everyday I tell her to turn off the lights (I pay for the electricity) and to keep up with her chores in the kitchen. I am seriously considering kicking her out, or I am just being too strict?
