My dog is squirrel Obsessed. Help?

She is a bird dog & yes I know about their innate love of things that can leave the yard. Unfortunately she can also jump a 6ft privacy fence. We adopted her a couple of months back, taken her to generic training cles, rigged the top of the fence with lattice & yet she treats the fence like a berm on a BMX track. Does anyone have any advice on how to deter her or the squirrels without harming any of the parties involved? Pellet guns are not an option!
