Whats the best way to clean tea stains from the inside of my teapot and white cups?

My mother used to use those denture cleaning tablets to clean jewelry, coffee pots and on ceramics for tea and coffee stains. Just fill the cup and pot with very hot water and put one or more denture cleaning tablets in there and let it soak overnight. Good luck.
