Are there any shops that sell old 60s (Traditional) PVC Raincoats.?

I was hoping to get hold of some old 60's pvc raincoats (traditional) for a friend of mine who is interested in them. i was thinking of looking on ebay but my computer is playing up so it doesn't stay functional for very long. so i was wondering if there are any shops or stores that still sell the very rare 60's pvc raincoats or perhaps possibly modern day pvc raincoats. im in the U.K.
