Are there restaurant inspections in Phuket?

Mr. Boysrus' brother just returned from a business trip in Phuket and told me that drove around looking for a restaurant and came across a beautiful young Phuker on the corner who offered her istance. She recommended and escorted Mr. Boysrus' brother to a downtown buffet called Luvyoolongthyme and then offered to take him to Bangkok for an additional $10. Mr. Boysrus' brother is now very sick and has acquired some type of strange blister type of rash. Is there anyway I can report these unsanitary conditions? Do they have a code enforcement in Phuket?
