How to get my singing voice back fairly quick?

I sort of lost my voice a couple days ago. i was singing a LOT that day..im in voice lessons... and i was practicing higher songs ...and i guess i lost the ability to sing high and low notes. the middle ones are ok..except i get a bit of a squawk every so often.. is there anything i can do to get my voice back quickly?
