Is this car dealership ripping me off?

I personally wouldn't buy a used car until it has been checked out by a LICENSED mechanic. Pay the money to have someone look at the car and give you a professional opinion about what may be wrong with the car before you spend any money on the car and take possession of it. It may be cheaper in the long run to spend a few bucks on a mechanic now then be stuck with a car that's a lemon.
