Rash below my belly on?

from about two inches below my belly on to right where my hair starts i have this splotchy rash. i dont know what it is for sure. it doesnt really itch. does any one know what this could be? like an alergic reaction or what? it looks like little red spots, like tiny ones as if you stabed me with a pencil a bunch. they are not raised at all. please help! what can i do to get red of it?!?!
