Tips to improve my softball?

Ive been playing softball for 2 years i play pitcher shortstop and second base but mostly i pitch can i have somw tips by the way its fast pitch nd i do have a windup. PS jenny finch is my idol shes amazing nd i want to go to the university of arizona nd play softball even though im only 13
