When do we finally wake up?

Before and after the civil rights acts, I recall Black people being separated from White people. I remember being called sir by men as old as my Dad or Granddad. And I remember watching the demonstrations and riots on television. But today, when I hoped this racial ignorance was in our past and hopefully being lost there, this evil was given new life by campaigners who are willing to do anything just or in just to get their candidate elected. How many wrongs are needed to make this election right?
