Will d&c, adhesions removed by laproscopy, tubes flushed(hsg) increase my chances of getting pregnant?

My husband and I have been ttc for 7 months now. Being pregnant 2 times in the past year both ending in 1st trimester m/c,and now not being able to get pregnant again after 7 months alarmed us a bit so Tuesday (2 days ago) I had a diagnostic laproscopy (Sp) b/c of some pelvic pain. The conclusion was that I had multiple adhesions in my abdomen around my tubes and uterus that were removed sucsessfully, my left tube was 100% closed which the doctor went in and proped back open. I had my tubes flushed out and was given a D&C to clear everything out to start fresh. My question is with all of these procedures done, would my chances of pregnancy be greater now? And how long after d&c or having adhesions removed do people tend to get pregnant? Any help / info would greatly help! I go back to the doc in 2 weeks for my post op appointment and have had no bleeding from my insicions nor from the D&C so Im guessing everything is healing well. We are just really eager to convieve and Im very hopeful that these procedures have helped. Thanks for your time and God bless . Also..
